Digitizing turns your artwork into a stitch file. The file tells the embroidery machine every stitch to sew, the thread color for each part, and the order it all goes in.
No. We keep your stitch file on record, so the $25 fee is a one-time charge per design.
Photos with lots of shading do not stitch well. We simplify them into solid thread colors, or suggest a cleaner version of your logo.
Text you add with the Customizer fonts is ready to stitch. Digitizing is for logos and artwork you upload.
